Innovative Spaces and Initiatives Shaping the Future of Learning
Emily Centre
At St Peter’s Girls, we are committed to creating an exceptional environment where every student can learn, grow and flourish.
Through ongoing investment in our facilities, we ensure our learning spaces are contemporary and intentionally designed to support both learning and wellbeing.
Welcome to the Emily Centre
The beginning of 2026 marked an exciting new chapter for St Peter’s Girls’ School, as students and staff began learning in the newly opened Emily Centre for the very first time. The Centre was purposely built to inspire excellence, bringing together state-of-the-art sport, performing arts and contemporary learning spaces, thoughtfully designed to support creativity, collaboration and wellbeing.
From the expansive double-court gym and specialist performing arts facilities to light-filled classrooms and inviting breakout spaces, every detail has been intentionally created with our students in mind, fostering both exceptional learning experiences and a strong sense of Saints Girls’ pride.
Named in honour of Mother Emily Ayckbowm, the Emily Centre also reflects the rich heritage of our School and the enduring legacy of a visionary who believed in the transformative power of education. The Emily Centre is more than a remarkable new facility; it represents our continued commitment to providing outstanding opportunities for every girl, now and into the future.
